Shipping Methods:
We use UPS and USPS Priority Mail to ship packages within the lower 48 states in the US.
Orders going to Hawaii and Alaska ship via USPS Priority Mail.
We offer Ground Shipping, 2/3 Day Air and USPS Priority International to Canada.

Free Delivery to Store Next Day
For our local shoppers we offer next day delivery to our store for pick-up. This only applies Sun-Thursday. Order's placed on Friday or Saturday will be delivered on Monday. Closed holiday day's will deliver the following business day.

Delivery Times
Most orders with ground shippping arrive within 1-5 business days from the time it leaves our shop. These delivery times are only estimates and UPS Ground shipping can take up to 9 days.Items shipped Priority Mail should reach you within 3 days. Air Options will arrive within 2-3 business days from the time of departure. Please note that we have an order processing time of 24-48 hours. Let's be frank here; if you place an order Friday night at midnight, it won't be processed until Monday morning. If you opt for AIR shipping, we'll do our best to ship immediately, but be aware that the earliest it will go out it Monday afternoon.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. If you need an item shipped quickly, we do offer 2 to 3 day UPS AIR. Please let us know if you have any special concerns about shipping times with your order. We do not split shipments or back order items. If something is sold out, we will email you about removing it from your order, holding until your order is complete or substituting an item.
We now offer shipping to Canada! Please note that we have flat rate charges via USPS Priority Mail. These rates do not include customs. Any customs or other charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you are buying an oversized item, (these are noted in the description) please note that we will contact you with a customized shipping quote. Pop Deluxe reserves the right to cancel any order to Canada based on the inability to ship the item for the quoted/advertised amount.
Other international customers should look into a service such as www.internationalcheckout.com. You can shop any site and they will arrange for shipping to your international address.
Undeliverable Shipments/Refused Packages
UPS/USPS will make three attempts to deliver your item before it is returned to us. Be sure to watch for your shipment! If it is returned to us, we will not reimburse original shipping charges, only the cost of the item. If you'd like it reshipped, the cost to do so will be your responsibility. We do not suggest refusing packages if you decide against your purchase. Sale items are not returnable and refused packages will result in a refund that will reflect all shipping charges to us from the refusal as well as a restocking fee of 10% of your total order.
